Nicki Klein, RN, BSN, MSN, MHA – Nurse Case Manager

Nicki has been an active Registered Nurse since 1994. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Emporia State University, and Master of Science in Nursing and Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix.

 

For the first sixteen years of her career, Nicki was the Director of Nursing and Chief Nursing Officer of Hodgeman County Health Center, an acute care hospital/emergency room and long-term care facility in Western Kansas. She worked skillfully and efficiently alongside employees from all units. Nicki loves caring for the injured, sick, and elderly during their time of medical need.

 

In 2013, Nicki’s husband, Curtis, accepted a position and required a move to Wichita, Kansas. At this time Nicki began her career in case management, specializing in workers compensation with Genex Services.

 

In September of 2021 Nicki established her own case management company, Practical Case Management, LLC, located in Colwich, Kansas.

 

With the years of service and experience Nicki has, she's gained a wealth of knowledge in the medical field including management in emergency, acute, long-term care as well as experience as an in-flight nurse working with a multitude of traumatic injuries. She takes great pride in her work and brings her knowledge to the work comp industry with a viewpoint perspective of the insurer, employer, and injured worker.

Nicki travels to meet injured workers needs through all of Kansas, Western Missouri, and Northern Oklahoma.  She has her compact nursing license and services out-of-state case by telephone.

 

Services available with Practical Case Management are field, catastrophic, telephonic, and triage nurse case management.
